For over 20 years I have been sitting with women entrepreneurs in their shadow journey.
We go through many shadows in a lifetime. But there are seven that show up again and again, seven that are the most present in women who are building something, leading something, creating something.
Seven shadows. And behind each one, a power.
I call this body of work SEVEN, a journey through seven doorways. Each one leading a woman back to something she already carries.

Will this make me angrier or more reactive?
This is one of the most common questions women ask. And it makes sense. Many of us were taught that if we acknowledge rage, it will take over.
In practice, the opposite tends to happen. When rage is met with awareness and care, rather than pushed down or rejected, it stops circling. It becomes a source of clarity, self-respect, and deeper self-trust. The fire stops feeling dangerous and starts feeling useful.
We are not here to stoke the fire. We are here to understand what it has been trying to protect.
What if I am afraid of opening something I cannot control?
That fear is a sign you are taking this seriously. And it is welcome here.
This mini retreat is held as a guided initiation, not a space for emotional flooding or chaos. The work is grounded in reflection, teaching, and integration. Many women discover that what feels overwhelming from a distance becomes more workable when it is approached with care and intention.

Is this therapy?
No. This is a guided shadow work mini retreat focused on reflection, truth, self-trust, and leadership. It is a space for women who are ready to listen more honestly to what their inner fire has been saying
Do I need previous shadow work experience?
No previous experience is required. Curiosity, openness, and willingness to explore honestly are enough. Women at every stage of the journey find something useful here.
